A student who after passing the graduation examination of this university or any Indian university incorporated by the law for the time being in force or any other examination recognized by the university with at least 45% of marks on the basis of merit shall be eligible for admission to LL.B first semester of the Three-year Law Course. The college also conducts interviews of all applicants before admitting eligible candidates as students. Examination for the Degree of LL.B. course shall consist of six semester examinations in three years. A student clearing all the six semester examinations shall be conferred the degree of LL.B.
The Student shall be required to put in a minimum attendance of 75% of the lectures on each of the subjects as also at the moot courts and practical training courts.

Eligibility
45% marks in Graduation or Post Graduation for General Candidates, 40% marks for SC/ST (Only for Uttarakhand Candidates) & 42% marks for OBC Candidates.
